21 March 2026

Drakenstein Stud’s red hot sire One World came up with another stakes winner when his son Anuschka’s World won the Listed Hollywoodbets Supports ECHUCU East Cape Sprint Cup (1200m).
Under Muzi Yeni, the gelded four-year-old raced just off the pace early on.

Anuschka’s World ran on strongly between runners to beat runner up Roman Agent by a neck.

Trained by Kelly Mitchley, Anuschka’s World, who had finished third in the same race in 2025, has won five of 28 starts.

Bred by Riverton Stud, the One World gelding is out of the Kahal mare Brigtnumberfour.
Anuschka’s World, who has an Erik The Red three-parts sister (Lot 326) on offer at the National Sale, joins a growing list of stakes winners for Sun Met winner One World.

South Africa’s Leading First Season Sire of 2023-2024 and Leading Second Season Sire of 2024-2025, One World has enjoyed another good season in 2025-2026 thus far. His flagbearers this season include G1 Pegasus World Cup Turf Invitational Stakes runner up One Stripe, unbeaten Listed TAB Storm Bird Stakes winner World Attraction and G3 Schweppes Diana Stakes victress She’s My World.

The champion has ten lots on offer at the National Yearling Sale.
